That I believe is a reason to show off a bit, eh?<br />Couple of months ago, I was complimented by Peter, one of the creators of <a href="http://www.spottedsox.com/cook-it-v1-1-p.aspx">COOK IT! </a>on the quality of my pictures and was asked to contribute one of them to their cooking software recipe collection. And so I did, gave away my wonderful <a href="http://www.burntmouth.com/2007/09/african-spicy-harissa-chili-sauce.html">Harissa</a> picture.<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_IbyrjeHfP0s/R9RJzglZVhI/AAAAAAAABAw/OSfQxpx1gAo/s1600-h/harissa_paste.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_IbyrjeHfP0s/R9RJzglZVhI/AAAAAAAABAw/OSfQxpx1gAo/s400/harissa_paste.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5175843021024482834" border="0" /></a>Two weeks ago, <a href="http://www.spottedsox.com/cook-it-v1-1-p.aspx">COOK IT!</a> featured by <a href="http://www.spottedsox.com/">Spotted Sox</a> went public and I was excited to receive my copy of it. It has a nice collection of recipes from all over the world, but the part I like about it the most is the vast glossary section with explanation of different cooking ingredients; above all, my absolute favorite: <span style="font-style: italic;">condiments</span> - pastes, sauces, curries, dips, pickles, relishes and other spice and herb mixes.
