T&T - What´s For Lunch Honey?

I must apologise for my recent hiatus... I am going through some really tough times and for past two weeks haven t got a second to sit down and write anything, let alone cook.
And therefore I am super late with my July T&T announcement.

What Is For Lunch, Honey?... I used to get that one pretty often and I never minded. It was nice to feel someone likes my cooking, so I always tried my best to make each dish perfect... After all, love goes through one´s tummy... or went, at least...

Anyhow, I strongly suggest that we all give a serious thought to a lovely romantic festive dinner for two. An unforgettable dish that makes you want to fall into each other arms. Let it be one long pasta that you both start eating from different ends or a luscious choco cake that you want to smear all over each other. Whatever that makes your tummy tickle...

Looking for ideas? Ha, I was hoping to hear that. I have one fabulous mind-blowing blog to reveal - a blog dedicated to festive love food. Meeta of What´s For Lunch Honey? whips up unforgettable courses that make me nibble on my screen (poor little red laptop of mine) each time I visit her site. Not only that - her flower collection is so peaceful to look at.

Ok, I am getting impatient. Let s get cooking.
The rules are simple:

  1. Cook any recipe(s) from What´s For Lunch Honey? and post about it. Stay as true to the original recipe(s) as possible. Therefore, there is no need for re-posting it, simply link to the original post :-)
    1. There is no time-frame for the original recipe. It can be as old as my grand-mother or as fresh as a mung bean sprout.
    2. Have you cooked from Nupur before? As this event is all about tasting and reflecting on the taste, older posts are also welcome. Simply link to this post and mention T&T event.
  2. Link your post to HERE (feel free to use the logo) and to the original post. Please always link to both sites, so both blogs are given credit and you are avoiding copyright fuss.
  3. Send me an e-mail (zlamushka@hotmail.com) with your name, your post URL as well as the original URL and a picture (300px by height, please).
  4. Deadline is the July 31st 2008 and the round up will be posted within a week.
Non-bloggers are more than welcome to participate (after all, our posts are mainly being written for them). Simply e-mail me (zlamushka@hotmail.com) with your experience of what you cooked and please include a picture.

The round up will be posted during the first week in August.

Here is my humble ugly example. A simple earthly bulgur with mushroom dish. I have mixed it all up, added raw shredded cucumber, a few mint leaves and sesame seeds... a bit of summer here. Meeta, it was delish, thanks.
