Excuse my shameless self-appreciation, but one of my pictures made it to a cooking software. That I believe is a reason to show off a bit, eh?
Couple of months ago, I was complimented by Peter, one of the creators of COOK IT! on the quality of my pictures and was asked to contribute one of them to their cooking software recipe collection. And so I did, gave away my wonderful Harissa picture.
Two weeks ago, COOK IT! featured by Spotted Sox went public and I was excited to receive my copy of it. It has a nice collection of recipes from all over the world, but the part I like about it the most is the vast glossary section with explanation of different cooking ingredients; above all, my absolute favorite: condiments - pastes, sauces, curries, dips, pickles, relishes and other spice and herb mixes. And exactly there, under Harissa, there is my picture.
And here is the recipe, should my pic make you hungry for some :-)

You re actually right. I have never thought that blog-cooking would actually turn into making the perfect shot. Sometimes it is even harder than making the dish taste right.

Oh i missed out on so many of your recipes. But this ones the best of all. Because i cant find Harissa sauce in any stores around where i live. So i am making this sauce the next time i cook Middle-eastern. Thanks Z.
